Motorola recently announced their latest RAZR handsets which look to be landing in Brazil. The RAZR D1 and RAZR D3 will both come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on deck, and expected to get an Android 4.2 update in the future. Here are the specs:

Motorola RAZR D1

  • 3.5 inch 320 x 480 display
  • 1 GHz single-core processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 4GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 32GB
  • 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, no front-facing camera
  • Available in Single or Dual-SIM versions
  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at launch
  • 1,785 mAh battery

Motorola RAZR D3

  • 4 inch 480 x 800 display
  • 1.2 GHz dual-core processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 4GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 32GB
  • 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with 720p HD video support
  • 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera
  • Available in Single or Dual-SIM versions
  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at launch
  • 2,000 mAh battery

The RAZR D1 is available now for 549 Reals ($278 USD) while the RAZR D3 will launch in a few weeks for 799 Reals ($405 USD).
