So what do you do when Samsung makes big ass phone? Make one bigger! Recently Pantech has made the VEGA No. 6 official, with it’s enormous 5.9-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080x) display. The VEGA No. 6 packs a punch with a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, microSD, a 13MP rear camera, a 2MP front camera, and a 3,140mAh battery. Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is on deck, with Pantech’s Flux UX.

That’s not all. The new phablet also sports V touch, which is a rear touchpad allowing users to take control from the back of the phone, making it easier to use the device one handed. The 13MP camera on deck will be DSLR quality, according to Pantech. DSLR means Digital Single Lens Reflex. Basically a digital based camera where you look through the lens on the camera that will also be capturing the images. While the exposure is made an internal mirror moves out of the way to let light reach the camera sensor to the images can be recorded and stored.

The VEGA No. 6 is set to launch in South Korea in February for 849,000 KRW, which is around $778. As of now, we have no word on if this device is expected to be anywhere else in the world.
